Custom doors are not what they used to be. The price of premium woods has risen dramatically over the past few years. The result is that door manufacturers are now using lesser quality woods and veneers. These doors do not accept stains and finishes with the same uniformity as solid and veneer Oak, Maple, Mahagony and other premium hardwoods. We can work with you to create custom stains and faux finishes that approximate the stain color, uniformity that these traditional premium hardwoods provide in appearance and quality.
